Cook Islands Rugby League World Cup 2022 Team Squad – The Rugby League World Cup 2022 is scheduled from 15th October. The Cook Islands is one of the participating teams in the tournament. Ranked 22nd in the world, the Cook Islands will look to get as many results in their favour. 

The Cook Islands have been drawn in a tough group for the Rugby League World Cup 2022, alongside Tonga, Wales and Papua New Guinea. It will be the third time that the Cook Islands have qualified for the World Cup, and they will be hoping to make a big impression on the world stage.

The squad is made up of a mix of experienced players and young talent, and they will be looking to cause an upset or two in the group stages. However, they face a daunting task against Wales and Tonga.

The Cook Island has won just one match in its two appearances at Rugby League World Cup. The Cook Islands beat Wales in 2013 which is the only registered win at RLWC for them. They will face Wales again in the Group D match. The remaining two teams Tonga and Papua New Guinea are teams that they have difficulty in dealing with.

The Cook Islands are part of Group D along with Wales, Tonga and Papua New Guinea. The Cook Islands will kick off their campaign against Wales on October 19th before facing Papua New Guinea on October 25th and Tongo on 30th October 2022.
