England Rugby League World Cup 2022 Squad, fixtures & Match Dates: In the Rugby League World Cup, the England Rugby League Team has contested six times but has not won a single event since its debut. In its eighth tournament, England has hosted the event thrice and has competed in 34 games in the World Cup, winning 20, drawing twice, and losing 12 times.
It is once again England will be hosting the upcoming 2021 Rugby League World Cup and have been qualified for the tournament after beating the 2017 finalist. The squad is aiming big to kick start with a triumph against the opponent team Samoa at the home ground of St James Park on 15th October 2022.

Team England will be playing the RLWC under the captaincy of Shaun Wane, where Catalans hooker Michael Mcllorum will be seen in the squad. Mcllowrum was a part of the 2013 Rugby League World Cup, where the captain has once again added new members in the form of Mike McMeeken and Sam Tomkins.
