Italy Rugby League World Cup 2022 Team Squad – Italy will be entering its third Rugby League World Cup. The Azzurri will be looking to make it past the group stages for the first time, having been knocked out at that stage in both 2013 and 2017. They will face tough opposition in their group, with Scotland, Fiji and Australia, all vying for a place in the knockout stages. 

However, Italy has some talented players who could cause some problems for their opponents. Leonardo Ghiraldini is one of the most experienced players in the squad and will be looking to lead Italy to victory. Other notable names include Terry Campese, James Tedesco and Mark Minichiello.

These players will have a major role to play if Italy has to record their best performance to date. Italy Rugby League World Cup 2022 Fixtures

Italy are one of the sixteen teams which have qualified for the upcoming Rugby League World Cup 2022. They have been pooled in Group C along with Scotland, Fiji and Australia. 

Italy will begin their campaign against Scotland on 16th October at Kingston Park, Newcastle. On 22nd October, Italy will face Fiji at same venue. The final group stage match will be against world champions Australians on 29th October at Totally Wicked Stadium, St Helens.
